Requirements:
  • 2 years experience
  • Cardiovascular, Vascular and Thoracic required
  • Must register with the state to work in the state
  • BLS
  • NBSTSA
  • IAHCSMM

Cardiovascular, Vascular and Thoracic required- Screen for other missing specialties.CAD, Aneurysm, Tamponade, Aortic Stenosis, Mitral Regurgitation, Heart Failure, LVAD, ECMO, CABG, Aorta/Mitral/Tricuspid replacement/repair, TAVR, TEVAR, Aneurysm
Certifications: BLS, NBSTSA, IAHCSMM
SKILLSWork Settings:- CVOR, General OR (REQUIRED)- Teaching Hospital (PREFERRED)
Surgery Cases:- Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular (REQUIRED)- Robotics (PREFERRED)
Cardiovascular (REQUIRED):- Atrial Septal defect repair , Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Ventricular Assist Device (VAD)
Vascular (REQUIRED):- TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair)
Additional Skills (REQUIRED):- Scrub
All units that have on- call requirements require a 30-minute response time. It is outlined as a standard requirement in the unit description
