CAT Scan Technologist: Cooperstown, NY.

Seeking an energetic CT Tech to come joint our team today. We have exciting, Great Paying opportunities across the U.S. Candidates cannot be residents of Otsego County, NY.

Contract position to start ASAP 13 weeks with option to extend. Shift;8 hour second shift. No weekends, no call.

Travel to beautiful upstate NY with abudnant outdoor reacreational activities and home of the Baseball Hall of Fame and Little League World Series

Responsible for operating radiologic equipment to produce radiographs (CT scan) of the body for diagnostic purposes, as directed by Radiologist. Performs a variety of imaging procedures, including CAT/MRI procedures, and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.

CT and xray responsibilities. Some floating between Bassett Healthcare Network facilities possible.

Completion of a AMA Approved School of Radiologic Technology program

two years of experience in a hospital setting

Siemens experience required.

Philips X-ray units

Experienced with Trauma, Stroke and IV starts a must.

Experience with Interventional Procedures a plus.

Travel experience preferred.

NYS License and CT certification

NYS injection license required

BLS (AHA)

Proof of right to work in the United States

English
