Genie Healthcare is seeking multiple Registered Nurses for a 13 Week Contract in Tucson, AZ

Shift: 3x12s Days & Nights Available

Hourly Rate: $60

Setting: Long Term Acute Care

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patient conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform various nursing procedures, such as wound care, specimen collection processing, and IV therapy
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Assist in case management and coordination of patient care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in AZ
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Acute Care, ICU or Step-down.
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding and case management principles
- Experience with electronic health record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth)
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages, including senior care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
