\*\*\* All rates offered are based on position, years of applicable experience and employment type
\*\*\* Rate ranges shown include levels for per diems with no benefits and Independent Contractors

*Occupational Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Provide preventive services allowing individuals to stay in their homes and out of nursing home care.
* Assessing patient needs, planning for, evaluating, and modifying care to meet goals of Occupational Therapy Interventions
* Collaborating with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
* Instructing patient/family/caregivers on patient's total occupational therapy program
* Advising, consulting, and instructing members of the multi-disciplinary team in specific occupational therapy modalities
* Observing and reporting patient progress and/or changes in patient status to Physician and appropriate multi-disciplinary team members
* Other duties as assigned

*Occupational Therapist Job Requirements:*
* Master’s Degree from an accredited occupational therapy school
* Good organizational skills
* Good written skills
* Valid NY State OT license
* New grads encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $52.00 per hour
