CNC Machinist

*BUILD YOUR CAREER HERE *A Sidney CNC machining facility is looking for an experienced *CNC* *Machinist / Fabrication Supervisor* *@ $20-$25 per Hour, based on experience. *Experienced CNC / Fabrication Supervisor will oversee various manufacturing cells within the facility, including CNC lathe & milling machines.

Previous MFG. Supervisory experience Preferred.

*Competencies and Duties to include:*
* Experience in metal forming, welding, or tube bending environments.
* Experience with part layout and quality techniques.
* Blueprint reading skills.
* MIG & TIG Tube Welding
* Inspect parts using measuring tools ie. Micrometers, Calipers, and Bore Gauges
* Tube Coiling
* Tube Machining
* End Forming & Beading
* Tube Coping & Notching
* Setup, program, & operate manual & CNC Tube Bending Machines.
* Follow quality procedures with documentation.

*Requirements:*
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Home Phone or Cell.
* Your own Transportation.
* A Clean Background with NO Felony Conviction.
* Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen.
* Certificate or an Associate’s Degree Preferred.
* _*Minimum 1 year of Supervisory experience in a Fabrication environment.*_
* _*Minimum 2 years of Welding/Fabrication.*_
* _*Minimum 2 years CNC Machining/Fabrication and/or Equivalent Training*_
* _Trade School Training Preferred._
* Process improvement minded.
* *Ability to read, comprehend and interpret blueprints & drawings Required.*
* Working knowledge of micrometers, calipers, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skill.
* Basic understanding of shop math and geometry.
