Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced PCU RN to join our healthcare team in Fayetteville, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care services to those in our progressive care unit.

*Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse PCU:*
* Monitor and provide care for patients with critical or unstable conditions
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Assess patients' health status on an ongoing basis and communicate findings to physicians and other members of the healthcare team
* Use critical thinking skills to identify potential complications and intervene appropriately
* Provide emotional support to patients and their families
* Operate medical equipment and maintain accurate medical records
* Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols

*Requirements of the* *Registered Nurse PCU:*
* BLS Certification
* ACLS Certification
* RN License
* 2 years PCU experience
