*St. Anthony Community Care Center *is seeking a *RN - Wound Care Nurse $8000 SIGN-ON BONUS attached*

What you will do:
* Responsible for the assessment and follow up of each resident’s needs for and result of treatments provided in the facility or a designated area of the facility
* Provides treatment for all residents as ordered
* Provides special procedures as ordered
* Makes rounds with physicians for those residents with treatment orders
* Assesses residents for risk of skin breakdown, tears or lesion

*What you bring to the table:*
* Current Louisiana LPN or RN license (RN preferred)
* Wound Care Certified
* Demonstrated leadership and managerial ability
* Current/active CPR certification preferred
* Long-term care experience preferred
