TITLE: Director Of Nursing LTC Skilled Care

What they’re looking for:

Registered Nurse (RN) with valid state licensure; BSN required.

Minimum of three (3) years of successful management experience in a long term care environment. Successful management experience evidenced by an average number of federal surveys without sub-standard care or immediate jeopardy in any clinical regulations.

Proven track record of successful clearance of follow-up surveys and maintaining low nursing staff turnover.

Hours and compensation potential:

- Full time position with mainly day hours, but may require evenings and weekends to work with the nursing staff.

- Salary ranging from 90K-100K depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid time off, and tuition assistance.

What you’ll be doing:

- The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible and accountable for managing the Nursing Department. Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure quality care for all residents.

- Supports and implements the company's philosophy, policies, and objectives.

- Monitors nursing services outcomes by coordinating facility committees and utilizing the quality assurance program to implement efficient and effective nursing interventions.

They currently operate several skilled nursing centers in Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Wisconsin, with a total of nearly 4,000 beds.

This facility is a 39 bed facility located north of Muskegon.
