Executive Chef Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as Executive Chef - upscale steakhouse experience preferred
Steady tenure, hands-on, highly organized, and able to develop a diverse culinary team
Strong financial understanding of P&L, budget food and labor control practices
Creativity and passion for culinary excellence, with a keen eye for detail and presentation

Executive Chef Duties:

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant
Hire, train, develop, and lead team in a professional manner
Oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies
Ensure high food quality and presentation
