As a *Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)* at Devereux/TCV, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. Hours worked will be based on the school calendar. We offer:

Devereux/TCV Community Services in Homestead, PA provides programs and services for children with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and dual diagnoses. In this position you will provide and carry out specific interventions that are developed by the Behavior Analyst (BCBA), apply your knowledge and skills related to behavioral interventions, and work 1:1 with children/adolescents. BCBA supervision is available while you have the opportunity to truly make a difference in the lives of others

*Location:* Day Academy, Homestead, PA

*Qualifications:*

· Requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

· At least one (1) year of previous work experience working with children or adolescents in a school setting preferred.

· Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and computer skills required.

· A valid PA Driver’s License with three (3) year driving history required.

· Must be 21 years of age.

· State Criminal, Child Abuse and FBI clearances, required.

· Be flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor.

· Have a strong passion for working with and helping children with special needs.

*Pay Rate: *With High School diploma - $23.00 to $26.22 per hour (increases depending on related experience).
