Overview:

We are seeking a talented User Interface Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. If you are creative, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of design principles, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Requirements:

- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and other relevant programming languages
- Experience with Unreal Engine and Balsamiq
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Understanding of information architecture and interaction design
- Ability to conduct user research using various methods
- Proficiency in tools like Visio for creating mockups and prototypes
