Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrators

EF Senior Care is recruiting for MA licensed Nursing Home Administrator for New England Home for the Deaf (NEHD) a continuum care capmus that includes a nursing home, rest home, and independent living

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) is responsible for the operations of the skilled nursing facility (nursing home) in accordance with current federal, state (Massachusetts), and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to ensure the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times. The position also oversees operations for the rest home and independent living community.

Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility

· Ensure conformance with the annual budget

· Fiscal management through census development, cost controls, and stringent receivable collection.

· Participate in marketing activities while co-developing and implementing a marketing

· plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy and premium case mix through marketing strategies.

· Provide a positive work environment for staff.

· Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications

· Experience as Administrator in a skilled nursing facility

· An administrator’s license in the state of Massachusetts is required

· Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
