*Title: Medical Scribe for Rheumatology and Internal Medicine Provider *

Requirements:
* Entering documentation of the patient's medical history and physical exam, lab tests, procedures, prescriptions, diagnostics into the EMR as directed by the provider.
* Locate information for review (i.e., previous notes, reports, test results, and laboratory)
* Knowledgeable and proficient in medical terminology.
* Ability to work well independently.
* Maintain 98% accuracy.
* Complete dictations within turnaround time.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience
