Job Title: Telecom Support Specialist

Dollar General Corporate Headquarters: 100 Mission Ridge, Goodlettsville, Tennessee

Hybrid style (3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Purpose:

As a Telecom Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive administrative and technical support. This position is dedicated to assisting end-users with smartphones, tablets, and hotspot devices, encompassing various aspects such as software, applications, services related to mobile technology, inventory management, and data entry.

Responsibilities:
* Provide end-user support for smartphones, tablets, and hotspot devices.
* Address queries related to software, applications, and mobile technology services.
* Manage inventory and execute data entry tasks.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure the delivery of effective support services.
* Utilize Microsoft Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerBI) for various tasks.

Qualifications:
* 1-3+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerBI.
* Experience in supporting mobile devices, tablets, and hotspot cards.
* Knowledge of inventory or asset management is a plus.
* Associates degree in related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
