Geotechnical Engineer

Seeking detail-oriented Geotechnical Engineers who will be responsible for analyzing laboratory test results and providing recommendations on construction materials. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a geotechnical engineering technician in the field and possess strong analytical skills.

*Pay:*
* $22-$28/hour DOE

*Responsibilities:*
* Analyze laboratory test results to assess the properties of geotechnical materials.
* Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to understand project requirements.
* Provide recommendations on the selection of construction materials based on lab test results and project specifications.
* Prepare technical reports outlining findings and recommendations.
* Assist in field investigations and testing as needed.

*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience as a geotechnical engineering technician in the field.
* Certifications such as WAQTC, ACI, CDOT
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
