Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Perform venipuncture for lab tests and IV therapy
- Provide wound care, suture removal, and other nursing procedures
- Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accurately

Skills:
- Proficient in venipuncture and medication administration
- Experience in sonography and trauma medicine is a plus
- Knowledge of behavioral health interventions
- Ability to conduct physical examinations and interpret lab results
- Familiarity with pediatric care and experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
