Farnsworth & Mullins, PA, CPA's, a full-service CPA firm located in Lakeland, FL, provides tax, accounting, bookkeeping support and business consulting services for a diverse roster of clients. We’re seeking a motivated team player with experience managing clients and staff to lead tax engagements for small to mid-size, privately held businesses and high net worth individuals.

*Responsibilities:*
* Prepare and review complex corporate, individual, partnership, trust and estate tax returns for multi-state, multi-entity clients.
* Lead engagements in all phases of accounting including tax planning and research.
* Serve as a senior-level tax consultant while providing strategic tax guidance.
* Develop and cultivate professional client relationships.

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting
* 4+ years of recent public accounting tax experience progressing in scope and responsibilities.
* CPA license required.
* Experience in staff supervision and effectively managing client relationships.
* Ability to juggle priorities, work effectively within a team-oriented environment and interact professionally with client and all levels of staff.
