CAD Drafter

Leaders Staffing is seeking an experienced Draftsman proficient with using Revit, to work at one our customers, located in South Whitley, IN. As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of modular buildings for our customers across the nation.

*Position: *CAD Draftsman
*Location: *South Whitley, IN
*Duration:* Direct Hire

*Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to create detailed drawings and plans for modular building projects.
* Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop accurate and precise technical drawings.
* Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
* Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to create comprehensive construction plans.
* Make revisions and modifications to existing designs as required.
* Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure seamless implementation of designs during the production process.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of all design changes and project updates.

*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role in the construction or manufacturing industry.
* Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
