Spot Welder

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spot Welder to join our team. As a Spot Welder, you will be responsible for performing spot welding operations on various metal components. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

- Set up and operate spot welding machines according to specifications

- Position and align metal components for welding

- Monitor the welding process to ensure quality and accuracy

- Inspect finished welds for defects and make necessary adjustments

- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a Spot Welder or similar role

- Proficient in operating spot welding machines

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Knowledge of different types of metals and their welding characteristics

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

- Excellent hand-eye coordination
