*Responsibilities*_*:*_
* Responsible in providing day to day operational services
* Ability to work flexible hours, which may include evening, weekends, and holidays
* Process new and refill patient prescription orders, preparation, and dispense medications
* Work closely with Pharmacy Technicians and Order Entry Technicians in the preparation and dispensing of medications
* Proficient in clinical interpretation; drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interaction and allergies
* Performs accurately and efficiently when dispensing medications
* Communicates with prescribers and other health care provider
* Ensures safety practices and procedures are followed
* Assist in the enforcement of all company and departmental policies and procedures
* Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations related to pharmacy practices
* Customer-Centered and strives to exceed customer expectations
*Professional Requirements:*
* B.S. or PharmD Degree in Pharmacy
* Must have current Pharmacist Licensure in CO in good standing
* 1+ year’s recent experience in long term care (preferred), retail, or hospital pharmacy
* Experience and knowledge base of intravenous admixtures services preferred
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with English as the primary language
* Must have strong customer service skills, time management skills, and ability to problem solve
