Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in accounting principles. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a key role in managing the company's financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
* Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and timely.
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
* Prepare and process payments to vendors.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Provide clerical support, including answering phones, filing, and data entry.
* Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
* Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting role is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
