Construction Force Services has a client in the business performing plumbing, fire sprinkler & HVAC work, and needs a part time (20 hours a week) estimator. The right Candidate will analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project. You will determine what factors of production will influence the cost of a service or product, and prepare material and labor costs for the product or services. Must develop and maintain relationships with vendors & contractors. The ability to present prepared estimates to management. Compile & record actual costs, assisting with submittals. Minimum of 2 years estimating experience in plumbing, fire sprinkler & HVAC - working with plumbing Unions & MTA preferred. The pay range is $30-50/hr and is a 30 day temp-to permanent position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
