Inventory/Warehouse Clerk

Spherion is partnered with a great company and they are seeking a *Warehouse Inventory Clerk *to help them keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. If you're detail-oriented, and organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this Warehouse Inventory Clerk position could be the perfect opportunity for you As a Warehouse Inventory Clerk, you will process orders and maintain inventory in a WMS (warehouse management system). This job is located in *Albert Lea, MN*.

Responsibilities:
* Process orders and maintain inventory in a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Perform data entry tasks
* Research and correct transaction errors
* Handle domestic and international shipping documents
* Maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and audits
* Monitor and update stock levels, ensuring the right products are available when needed
* Identify discrepancies and work with the team to resolve them
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to all safety procedures

At a minimum, you’ll need:
* Ability to speak, read (fine print), and write in English, including reading, understanding, and interpreting operating instructions and procedure documents
* Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
* Previous experience in inventory management in a warehouse environment a plus.
* Experience using a WMS system (Warehouse Management System)

Preferred skills:
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in using inventory management software or systems
