Position Type:

Full-time role OR Part-time
Potential for Extended School Year (ESY) or summer assignments based on candidate preference
Collaboration with on-site educational teams and counselors

Qualifications:

Certification as an Occupational Therapist in Washington state
Experience working as an OT with individuals with behavioral challenges, preferably in an educational setting
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
Outpatient/SNF Experience
Preference for a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a school setting
Previous exposure to remote services is desirable; comfortable with teletherapy delivery
Familiarity with virtual assessment tools and platforms

Responsibilities:

Provide direct support tailored to students' occupational therapy needs, including those with behavioral challenges
Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to develop and implement interventions
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and comprehensive therapy testing
Offer timely feedback and recommendations to enhance student progress
Adapt and create resources to meet the diverse needs of students
