Experienced Veterinary Receptionist 4pm-12am FT or PT

Looking to hire a bubbly , happy candidate that has previous veterinary experience for a full time or part time veterinary receptionist position. The ideal candidate can do well under pressure, is a great multi tasker while still maintaining great attention to detail.

The position includes taking phone calls, booking appointments, updating medical records, checking emails and faxes and providing top notch customer service for a busy three doctor practice.

Shifts would be : 4pm -12am ( will need to rotate Saturdays OR Sundays) required to participate in Holiday sign up

Training is required during normal dayside business hour times for 2-4 months prior to schedule switch ( based on employee performance)

Must have computer skills and experience with Cornerstone software is a plus.

Must be 18 years old or older, preferably bilingual.

Muts be able to stand for long periods of time

Seasonal candidates will NOT be considered

Previous veterinary office experience is required or you will not be considered

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
