Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will provide direct and individualised nursing care to patients in need of immediate medical attention. Your role will be crucial in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform triage assessments to determine the urgency of patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and procedures
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in TX or Compact License.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an emergency room or critical care setting
- Familiarity with eClinical Works or similar electronic medical record systems
- Competence in basic life support (BLS) techniques

Pay: $49.43 - $53.48 per hour
