For over 50 years – TCV Community Services, part of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, has provided comprehensive programs and services for adults, adolescents and children with behavioral health, substance use disorders and special needs. The Director of Drug and Alcohol Services position will be part of a cohesive, passionate and dynamic team. The selected candidate will foster Devereux/TCV’s mission and values of quality care as well as providing top-notch and individualized services to support adults with substance use disorders.

As the *Director of TCV’s Drug and Alcohol Program*, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals with addictions by providing a full range of drug and alcohol assessments, treatment and support services to adults by utilizing the best clinical practices in accordance with all federal, state and county regulations and contractual obligations.

*Responsibilities include:*
* Overseeing and ensuring the effective and efficient management of program operations, personnel and other resources.
* Collaborating with the Executive Director on strategic planning for the transformation of adult drug and alcohol services at the agency.
* Development of budgets and meeting or exceeding targets.
* Supervising and directing the work of supervisors, therapists, case managers, intervention specialists, support staff, evaluating staff performance; holding staff accountable for meeting departmental and organizational goals.
* Providing individual therapist supervision as needed, including reviewing cases and monitoring documentation and administrative procedures; ensuring that documentation conforms to agency policies and procedures and funding regulations and requirements.

*Qualifications:*

· Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.

· LPC, LMFT preferred.

· Five (5) years of experience in substance abuse services – including a minimum of three (3) years in an administrative/supervisory capacity.

· State Criminal, FBI and Child Abuse Clearances required.

· Pre-employment drug screening required.

· Valid PA Driver’s License with three (3) year driving record.

*Salary Range:* *$70,000 to $75,000*/year, based on education, license, and experience.

*\**Prospective employee hired for this position will receive a $10,000 sign on bonus. The employee will receive the first third of the bonus after the successful completion of three (3) months of employment, the second third of the bonus will be awarded after the successful completion of six (6) months of employment, and the final third will be awarded after achieving a "satisfactory" rating or higher on the annual performance evaluation.
