Pro Resources is seeking a qualified Part time Hotel Maintenance candidate. You are responsible for the general maintenance and repair tasks necessary to keep the hotel premises in optimal condition. Your role encompasses a wide range of duties, from addressing minor repairs and installations of new fixtures or damaged items. Your ability to resolve issues contributes promptly and effectively to creating a pleasant and functional environment for guests and staff

Shift and Compensation

* Hours: 11am -7pm (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
* Pay: 15.00

Job Duties

*
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to repairing fixtures, painting, patching walls, and replacing damaged items, to maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the hotel.

Address minor repairs and maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, repairing doors and windows, and troubleshooting minor electrical and plumbing problems.

Assist with the installation of new equipment, furniture, fixtures, and appliances as needed, ensuring proper assembly and placement according to safety and aesthetic standards.

Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential safety hazards, such as loose handrails, slippery surfaces, or faulty equipment, and take appropriate corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance, ensuring their needs are addressed courteously and efficiently to enhance their experience and satisfaction.

Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, and assist in procurement and restocking activities to ensure adequate availability for maintenance tasks.
