Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will assist in surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, arranging equipment, and assisting the surgical team during procedures. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the successful outcome of surgeries and the overall care of patients.

Duties:
- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available
- Set up sterile fields and surgical instruments according to aseptic technique
- Assist the surgical team by passing instruments, suture, and other supplies during procedures
- Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and other team members during surgeries
- Maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures by adhering to infection control protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and assist with patient care as needed
- Collect and document data related to surgical procedures for accurate record keeping
- Assist with patient transportation to and from the operating room

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy, surgical instruments, and sterile techniques
- Familiarity with ambulatory surgery center systems and protocols
- Ability to analyze situations and make quick decisions in critical care settings
- Basic life support certification required

-3+ years experience
