Job Title: Registered Nurse, Clinical Review Nurse
Job Location: El Paso, TX
Job Type: Contract - 39 to 52 Weeks
Job Duties:
* Reviewing medical records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
* Conducting clinical assessments and evaluations of patient care plans.
* Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate and effective patient treatment.
* Analyzing medical data and test results to make informed decisions about patient care.
* Providing guidance and education to healthcare staff regarding clinical best practices and protocols.
* Participating in case conferences and meetings to discuss patient care plans and outcomes.
* Documenting findings, interventions, and recommendations in patient records.
* Identifying opportunities for quality improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance patient care.
* Adhering to legal and ethical standards related to patient confidentiality and privacy.
* Remaining up-to-date on advancements in clinical practice, regulations, and healthcare technology.
Job Requirements:
* Current LPN/RN license or Two years or more in a clinical setting
Schedule:
* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* 5x8

Pay: $38.00 - $41.00 per hour
