* Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
* Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:30 AM
* Mid Shift: 12:00 PM - 12:30 AM

*Sign-On Bonus:* $15,000 sign-on bonus available for all ED RNs.

*Holiday/Weekend Requirement:*
* Holidays: Rotating
* Weekends: Every other weekend

*On Call Requirement:* None

*Responsibilities:*
* Triage patients in the Emergency Department.
* Utilize appropriate pain management techniques and educate patients and their families on these methods.
* Deliver high-quality patient care in coordination with physicians, staff, and other departments.
* Effectively communicate patient needs and interact with clinical support staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
* Continuously evaluate and adjust the patient's care plan based on outcomes and team feedback.

*Must Haves*
* License: Current California RN license or temporary CA license (Interim CA Licenses not accepted).
* Certification: Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS provider cards. MAB certification required (provided by Henry Mayo).
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of ED experience in Level I, II, or III trauma center.
* Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required.

*Preferred*
* Certification by AACN or ANCC is desirable.
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.

*About the Unit*
* Number of Beds: 45-50
* Patient Population: Diverse
* Common Diagnoses: Bleeding, breathing difficulties, collapses, seizures, severe pain, heart attacks, strokes, trauma.
* Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:4
* Ideal Candidate: Patient-centric, able to manage multiple priorities, quick thinker, positive attitude, excellent bedside manner.
* Reporting Structure: Reports to the ED Director, Emergency/Trauma.
