RWC is a continuing care retirement community. We provide care and services for senior citizens living independently and to those who need assistance with daily living activities or full nursing care.

Responsibilities:

Complete maintenance tasks in resident homes and central service building
Maintenance tasks include basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting
Perform preventative maintenance as assigned
Interact professionally and compassionately with residents

Skills:

3 or more years experience working in maintenance
Experience in safe and efficient use of power tools and hand tools
Ability to move medium to heavy objects
Ability to estimate supplies needed to complete an assigned task
HVAC experience a plus
Team player
