Full Time Dispatch with Company Benefits
$16.00 Per Hour (BOE), 40 Hours Per Week (Night Shift)
**Experience of 1-2 years high volume phone calls in a fast-paced office/trucking environment a plus**

Shift available: Full-Time
4 Days on, 2 Days Off 6am - 6pm
Payrate: $16.00/hr.
Requirements:

High School diploma / GED required.
1-2 years high volume phone calls in a fast-paced office/trucking environment.
Previous freight experience is required within the trucking/transportation industry.
Strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills

Main Job Functions:

Able to Work Nights 6pm - 6am
Communicating pick up and deliveries statuses with the drivers.
Maintain communication with the drivers, keeping track of their location.
Know the status / ETA of all pickups and deliveries.
Track shipments with our drivers.
Create manifests.
Update the operating system with any notes on communication.
Receive the driver's delivery manifest and confirm all paperwork are received and signed properly.
At the end of the driver's shift, make sure all the proper paperwork has been turned in, keys, inspection reports, etc.

Essential Functions:

Receive job orders from customers
Generate daily reports
Assign drivers to jobs based on priority
Monitor gauges and levels
Answers incoming phone calls
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

Working knowledge of oil & gas industry is a plus
Ability to work well with a team.
Problem solving ability.
Ability to read maps and gps
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Planning and organization.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Adaptability and Dependability.
Time management.
Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic.
