IT Cosmetics

*It Cosmetics, a prestige brand, is looking for a candidate to connect with clients and determine their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Connect with clients and determine their needs.

· Create a luxury experience with brand-specific selling behavior (including product demonstration.)

· Empower the client by teaching them how to use their IT Cosmetics products.

· Achieve sales objectives by engaging clients in the following areas of our multi-faceted brand: Skincare and Makeup.

· Attract and recruit new IT Cosmetics customers, utilizing retailer clienteling tools.

· Attend seasonal IT Cosmetics-hosted training seminars and/or digital learning modules.

· Display exceptional customer service.

· Commitment to work retailer-set schedule.

· Work with Sales and Training Executive, retail management and corporate sales team to execute promotions and drive daily business.

Job Qualifications:

· All sales/client facing experience considered; Cosmetic/Fragrance sales experience not necessary.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· A drive for achieving positive sales results.

· A willingness to learn and use digital tools and programs.

· Able to work weekends and some holidays, as set by Retailer.

· Maintain visual standards and a clean counter environment.

· Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods.

Hourly rates for this position range from $18-$22 hourly depending on location and experience. Offers for employment and final pay rate are determined by the retailer, who is the employer for this role.
