New York, United States Bloomer Health Full time
*Who are we?*

Bloomer Health is a therapist focused Early Intervention agency, that provides services to babies and toddlers aged 0-3 years old. Our agency uses an innovative, digital platform built *by* therapists, *for* therapists, to modernize and reduce time spent on non-clinical tasks (e.g. onboarding, case management, documentation and billing). We actively support the therapist from behind the scenes to ensure smooth delivery of services and, where, possible, help save time on case management. Our platform is further integrated into billing which makes it easy to process, no work for the therapist and allows us to pay you quicker

At Bloomer Health, we support and mentor CF providers, by being responsive to each therapists’ unique needs. We have clinical fellow supervisors who, via a robust quality improvement process, are able to provide clinical support to each therapist. We also offer around the clock access to our administrative and technical support teams. You will never feel alone.

*Clinical Fellow Responsibilities:*

The Clinical Fellow will be working one on one with developmentally delayed babies and toddlers who qualify for Early Intervention services at their home or community-based setting.

* They will receive both direct and indirect supervision by their assigned CF supervisor as per ASHA and NYS regulation.
* The pediatric therapist is expected to utilize resources, clinical knowledge and skills to help the child reach their milestones related to speech delays.
* Furthermore, the provider will educate and guide parents and caregivers to ensure carryover between sessions.

All Clinical Fellows are required to complete EI-related documentation in Bloomer Health's electronic platform. This includes session notes, progress notes and amendment forms as needed. All documentation will be reviewed and signed off by the CF supervisor.

As part of the CF experience, providers will receive/participate in:

* Monthly group meet ups
* Weekly in person or virtual meetings with CF supervisor
* In person clinical supervision
* Multidisciplinary collaboration
* Opportunities for continued education

Within constraints of timeline and availability, CFs are able to create their own schedules and workloads based on personal preference. We offer both part-time and full-time tracks to complete the CF requirement.

You will be a part of a care team that will include the family, care coordinators, other service providers, and Bloomer Health support staff. Sessions are prescribed from 1-5 times per week for 30 or 60 minutes.

*What qualifies a provider?*

* *A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology* or it’s equivalent from an accredited university.
* Ability to independently set and manage a caseload, process documentation in a timely manner and effectively communicate with CF supervisor, families and Bloomer Health personnel.
