*ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY*

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in producing high-level Compensation analytics for our stakeholders. Utilizing data and industry research, you'll present sound analyses facilitating management and leadership decision-making. You will collaborate with Finance for ad-hoc requests. The ideal candidate has exceptional analytical skills, is detail-oriented, is a team player, and dives deep into problem-solving.

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Gather and analyze executive and equity compensation programs, practices, and design features
* Conduct statistical analyses of our compensation programs
* Model financial impact of compensation plans
* Monitor executive compensation trends and regulatory updates for private companies
* Stablish the basis for DEI analytics and reporting
* Collaborates with team members to build cohesive, data-driven stories to describe compensation-related problems and proposed solutions

*REQUIREMENTS*
* Bachelor’s degree in administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
* 5 to 8 years minimum as a Compensation Analyst.
* Proven progressive experience in the field with exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience with: Broad-base compensation, STI and LTI management, Workday reporting and analytics, Exposure to DEI initiatives and Executive Compensation
* MS Office and advanced Excel skills
* Data analytics certification a plus
* Private company experience a plus
* Data visualization a plus

Responsibilities: Participate in the analysis of
compensation models, and initiatives that support organization effectiveness
strategies by conducting research, drafting content and correspondence for new
and/or revised structures, programs, or initiatives. Provide reports on
compensation market trends through research and analysis of formal and informal
salary surveys, and other third-party vendors/research methods ensuring
competitive positioning and internal equity. Perform modeling and cost analysis of related
data in collaboration with Human Resources, Finance and Business

Requires: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and 5 years of experience in Compensation and financial analysis with increasing levels of responsibility. Excellent PC skills required, Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and Workday. Superior attention to detail and accuracy, excellent problem solving, analytical and research skills. Proven organizational skills, including balancing multiple responsibilities, and effectively meeting deadlines. Able to work independently and in a team environment; works collaboratively. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization. Sound knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices of compensation.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
