Adelphi is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide medical services at public schools in Lea County, New Mexico.

*Requirements:*
* Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
* New Mexico State Board license
* New Mexico Public Education Department license

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct evaluations to determine if children have occupational therapy needs and ascertain appropriate services.
* Participate in Individualized Education Plan (I.E.P.) meetings for potential and current cases.
* Create written implementation plans for I.E.P. goals in collaboration with other professionals.
* Provide consultation to teachers, parents, and other relevant individuals regarding assigned cases.
* Regularly assess and report on the progress of students in the caseload.
* Maintain and update instructional materials in collaboration with special education teachers.
* Supervise the assigned COTA
* Submit necessary reports on a weekly basis
* Any other duties as assigned.
