*Responsibilities*
* Oversees the overall maintenance of multiple facilities.
* Monitors works in progress to assure quality of end product and compliance with specifications.
* Picks up supplies, equipment, etc. for facility.
* Moves furniture and equipment if necessary to perform repairs or for other functions as required.
* Works with vendors, contractors and technicians to ensure appropriate maintenance and repair.
* Oversees equipment to ensure appropriate maintenance and service.
* Performs primarily interior and exterior building maintenance and repair work such as basic plumbing and electrical work, carpentry, painting, repairing floor tile or water leaks, wall repair/texturing and painting, replacing doors, installing shelves, cleans carpets/tile.

*Must Haves*
* High school diploma (equiv.) and 1-2 years of applicable experience OR 4 years experience
* Skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general/preventative maintenance of buildings, fixtures, or equipment (Apartment or Rental Property experience is ideal).
* Basic computer skills
* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
* Candidate must have own tool set (basic hand tools)
