\*\*Position Details:\*\*
- \*\*Profession\*\*: Registered Nurse (RN)

- \*\*Location\*\*: 100 Commons Drive, Rockland, ME 04841
- \*\*Shift\*\*: 3x12s, Day
- \*\*Duration\*\*: 13 weeks
- \*\*Approved Hours\*\*: 36 hours per week
- \*\*Pay Range\*\*: $50 to $55 per hour (based on experience)

\*\*Requirements:\*\*
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings
- Active RN state license in Maine (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Completed COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to comply with vaccination requirements)

\*\*Job Duties:\*\*
- Provide direct patient care and nursing services to residents in SNF/LTC facilities.
- Assess patient health status, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to LTC/SNF nursing.
