Property Accountant

Our client is looking to bring on a property accountant to their team. They’re a team of 6 currently. Pretty standard 40/hr work week with the flexibility to work 7-4, 8-5, or 9-6 based on what works best for the professional. This positions would report into the controller

Working Schedule: 5 days a week onsite in (Southfield).

Multi - Family Property Accountant:
3 keys:

2-4 experience of real estate experience
Accruals experience
Ability to read lease agreements and schedules

They use Yardi and that experience is preferred but if they have MRI or RealPage experience that works to.

Salary: 65-80k depending on experience with a discretionary bonus.
