Introduction

The ideal candidate will have experience in the working with a wide variety of stakeholders, from technical audiences through to C-suite. They must have a clear understanding and interest in technology and how Optimizely works with an extensive partner ecosystem.

This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as proven project management and coordination skills. This creative, self-starting candidate should have the ability to work well with and gain the respect of both internal and external colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

Work with partners to successfully onboard them, providing them with technical guidance and support throughout the process.

· Have a clear understanding of our product offerings and be able to provide demonstrations to show their capabilities.

· Have a solid understanding of integration design patterns, APIs and what is required to integrate Optimizely solutions with other solutions.

· Understand where Optimizely sits in the wider marketplace, who the competitors are and be able to articulate the benefits of Optimizely in comparison.

· Coordinate and deliver partner training events where applicable.

· Coordinate sandbox requests – liaising with internal teams to set up access where required.

· Assist with creation of content and videos to support enablement.

· Confidently be able to write white papers, one pagers, blog posts, and presentations.

Knowledge and Experience

Strong public speaking and communication skills.

· Strong project management and organizational skills required, with the ability to operate effectively with multiple priorities.

· Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to write for different audiences/cultures, using different formats and channels.

· Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and across partner organizations.

· Possesses product/technology/industry knowledge as well as a broad understanding of complex customer environments.

· Experience designing, developing and creating engaging content.

· Commitment to excellence, high integrity, high energy, team player.

· Ability to excel and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
