Horizon Healthcare Staffing is searching for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Bergen County, NJ We currently have a need for a Registered Nurse to provide all day in school care for a special needs student this Summer

The Nurse is responsible for providing 1:1 care for a student throughout their school day as well as during bus transportation. The right candidate will be comfortable working with children with developmental disabilities.

*Location: *Westwood, NJ

*Schedule: *Monday – Friday

*Summer Program: *July 10th through August 16th

*Hours: *8:30am – 12:45pm

*Responsibilities:*
* Ensure the appropriate level of clinical care based on the doctor's orders and school IEP
* Ensure the safety of the child
* Assist throughout their school day with any medical needs that may arise
* Documentation of daily activity
* Ability to assist in case of an emergency
* Work closely with other school nursing staff and Horizon case managers
