Automation & Controls Technician

Nationally ranked automation systems integrator seeks Automation Technician with over 3 years of experience in Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting and SCADA Pack troubleshooting and maintenance.

The successful candidate will be sound technically and able to work in a field maintenance role.

Duties and qualifications:

AAS degree in engineering technology or similar
Experience configuration & set up control systems in an industrial setting.
PLC's, HMI's, SCADA, VFD troubleshooting experience (programming is a plus)
Allen Bradley/Rockwell, Schneider Electric, Wonderware, GE, Modicon, Siemens, FactoryTalk
Configuration of instruments
SCADA Pack
ABB Total Flow
Allen Bradley
Reviews schematics/plans
Testing and electrical terminations
Troubleshooting, repair, adjust programming during start up
Willingness to travel to customer sites within 100 miles of Oakville.
Ability to work well independently in the field
Client interaction skills
