*The primary responsibilities for the Finance Manager position include but not limited to: *
* Responsibilities revolve around analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting future trends, and providing insights to drive strategic initiatives within the company. Oversee the external reporting, budget, audit, and tax compliance.

*Essential Job duties but not limited to: *
* Tax: Ensure accurate timely filing of consolidated annual and quarterly federal, state, and income tax returns, payments, and other business-related filings.
* Audit: Schedule, plan, and communicate the audit process with external auditors.
* Financial Analysis:

o Analyze financial data, including sales reports, manufacturing costs, and operational expenses.

o Assess financial performance against key metrics and benchmarks.

o Identify trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement to optimize financial outcomes.
* Budgeting and Forecasting:

o Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.

o Collaborate with department heads to gather input and align budgetary goals with strategic objectives.

o Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to management.
* Cost Analysis and Control:

o Conduct cost-benefit analyses for various projects and initiatives.

o Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements in manufacturing processes.

o Implement cost control measures to optimize resource allocation and improve profitability.
* Financial Reporting:

o Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

o Consolidate and analyze financial data for internal and external reporting purposes.

o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standard.
* Decision Support:

o Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

o Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, capital expenditure projects, and strategic partnerships.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial implications of business initiatives.
* Other duties as assigned

*Criteria*

•Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

•Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

•Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

•Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

•Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial issues

*Education AND/OR Experience*

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other Business Degree.

•5+ years’ experience accounting with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.

•Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the automotive industry or manufacturing sector.
