We at Pederec Inc. are looking for individuals who have a passion for working with children in a healthcare setting, mainly providing applied behavior analysis therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Duties and responsibilities include the following:
* The Behavior Technician (BT) is principally responsible for providing direct care to the individuals that Pederec Inc. serves
* The BT operates as a direct care staff member with a direct reporting relationship to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The BT is directly responsible for consistently implementing the client treatment interventions developed by the company Board Certified Behavior Analyst
* The BT works closely with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst and other staff to ensure that clients under their care achieve the behavior goals outlined in the CTP

Underlying Responsibilities include the following:
* Direct implementation of skills acquisition and behavior reduction plans supervised consistently by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst
* Conduct client assessments or support in client assessments that the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst has designed and as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst
* Collect accurate data for all behavior programs, which will be given to the Board Certified Behavior Analyst for analysis
* Serve in a direct support role and consult the Board Certified Behavior Analyst regularly for additional support.
* Meet regularly with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst to address program changes, further training, and in-situ supervision
* Adjust interventions or methods as instructed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst
* Be responsible for maintaining thorough knowledge and always understanding of each intervention in place for every individual on their caseload
* Regularly review treatment plans for all individuals to ensure treatment integrity.

Qualifications:
* At least 18 years of age.
* High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred).
* At least 1 year experience working with children.
* Complete criminal background check and sexual registry check
* Exhibit excellent public, employee, client, and agency relations skills
* Ability to take constructive criticism on performance as given by supervisors
* History of making reliable decisions and effectively communicating with others

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Schedule:
* After school
* Evening shift
