*Summary*

As a Project Manager for HCM Implementation(s), this role plays a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the implementation of Dayforce Human Capital Management solutions. This position involves significant collaboration with a 3rd party implementor and coordination with internal subject matter expert (SME’s) in HR and IT.

This role requires a strong foundation of HR processes and technology, complemented by robust project management skills to ensure successful, on-time, and within-budget delivery.

*Key Duties and Responsibilities:*

*Collaboration and Coordination:*

· Serve as the primary liaison between the internal team and the third-party implementor to ensure a cohesive approach.

· Collaborate with subject matter experts across various departments to gather insights and integrate them into the project plan.

· Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving between all parties involved.

· Liaise with IT and HR teams to align Ceridian HCM functionalities with organizational needs.

*Project Planning and Management:*

· Lead the planning and implementation of Dayforce HCM projects.

· Aid in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

· Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including scope, schedule, and budget.

· Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

· Proactively manages the changes in project scope, identifying potential risks and creating contingency plans as required.

· Partner with project team members and contractors and assume accountability for their assigned work.

· Lead weekly progress meetings’, including preparing meeting minutes, updates to schedules, changes, etc.

*Stakeholder Engagement:*

· Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues.

· Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues, offering solutions where necessary.

· Ensure that the project aligns with organizational goals and objectives.

· Manage expectations and address any concerns raised by stakeholders.

*Quality and Compliance:*

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

· Implement quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

· Liaise with IT and HR teams to align Ceridian HCM functionalities with organizational needs.

· Works closely with and supports the wider Project’s Team delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations where appropriate.

· Review and process change proposals, proposal requests, supplemental instructions and other contract documents.

· Additional duties and projects as required.

*Experience and Skills*

· Proven experience as a project manager in IT or HR technology implementations.

· Experience working with third-party vendors and coordinating with SMEs.

· Strong understanding of Ceridian HCM or similar HRIS systems.

· Ability to adjust to real time situations and adapt accordingly.

· Self-motivated and driven but can work as part of a team.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.

· Resilience and flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.

*Required Education and/or Experience*

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in engineering, architecture, construction project management from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience required. At least 4+ years’ experience in construction, store facilities, or a design role with a specialty retailer.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
