What You’ll Do:
We are looking for a passionate professional with great attention to details to join our team. As a Lead Reservation Specialist, you will understand the importance of great customer service and teamwork.

This is a full-time on-site role. The Reservations Specialist will be responsible for the following:
Manage all reservations.
Communicate with clients as well as our worldwide partners.
Respond to all emails in an efficient and timely manner to meet business needs.
Manage in-bound and out-bound calls.
Manage company client data bases.
Reservation Specialist Qualifications:
Experience in the luxury limousine transportation industry, hospitality or related fields is preferred
Experience in reservations & customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-starter with decision making and solution identification ability
Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks with quickness and accuracy.
Must be capable of working on multiple screens and systems.
