Counter Sales Warehouse

Job Responsibilities:

Shipping, Receiving, Inventory control, and other activities in the warehouse
Provide support for our Parts Stores.
Upholds environmental health and safety standards
Store materials and equipment properly
Works closely with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers)
Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors; dealers, owners)
Drives Forklift
Light driving (pick-up truck) for deliveries
All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

High school diploma Required
Minimum 2 years of warehouse operational experience
Forklift experience Required
HVAC experience is preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
PC skills, inventory, and shipping/receiving systems experience required
Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
Must be team-oriented
A willingness to learn is a must have
Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is desired.
