Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support to nurses and other medical professionals in delivering quality patient care. 40 Hrs./Wk.= $1300 Per week

Blended Pay = $32.50/hr.

Weekly Taxable: $700 Per week

weekly Travel stipend :$600 Per week

OT Rate:$40.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

Shift: days or evenings as required by staffing needs

40 hours week 5x8 Hour

13 week contract

08 Hours a day

Requirements:

ALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID VACCINATIONS PLUS BOOSTER. FLU VACCINES ARE ALSO REQUIRED AND EXEMPTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
- Collect specimens for testing and perform basic laboratory procedures
- Administer medications under the supervision of a nurse
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems (Cerner)
- Follow proper aseptic techniques to prevent infection transmission
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures
- Understanding of basic life support techniques
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
