NFI Vermont’s Allenbrook program is seeking a full-time residential counselor for its group home in South Burlington. Our residential counselors provide residents with the opportunity to learn valuable independent living skills, while also providing necessary support and encouragement for residents to succeed in the community.

Starting Pay: $20.50 - $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Provide safety, structure, and supervision for residents in the program
Facilitate a comfortable environment for adolescent residents
Collaborate with program team to provide residents with effective coping strategies, better understanding of their struggles, and thoughtful after-care planning

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth and/or adolescents
Or
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
